KAMP

The Hammer Museum’s annual K.A.M.P. (Kids Art Museum Project) is a vibrant celebration that brings creativity and joy to families across Los Angeles, raising crucial funds for the Museum’s free family programs. Each year, over 1,000 guests gather in the museum’s courtyard, where artists like Eddie Rodolfo Aparicio, Zoe Blue M, Awol Erizku, and Chase Hall lead creative workshops inspired by their own mediums. Kids engage in activities like painting with berries, weaving palm fronds, and sculpting clay portraits.

Celebrity readers such as Gal Gadot, James Corden, and Kristen Stewart share their favorite children’s books, while guests enjoy a lunch by Annie Campbell, music by DJ Reprise, and a lively celebrity performance that ends with a confetti cannon pop.

K.A.M.P. is more than just an event; it’s a joyful tradition that fosters creativity and community, supporting the Museum’s mission to make art accessible to all.
